Data we collect
When you submit the contact form we process your name, email address, optional preferred date, selected guidance type, and message content. During an engagement we may process curriculum vitae details, questionnaire answers, and notes required to deliver the consultation.
Purposes and legal bases
We process enquiry data to respond to your request (legitimate interests / steps prior to a contract). We process engagement data to perform the agreed career guidance service (contract). Essential cookies are used to store consent preferences (legitimate interests / consent where required).
Retention
Enquiry messages that do not lead to a booking are typically deleted within twelve months. Client files related to completed consultations are retained for up to three years unless a longer period is required for accounting or legal claims. Cookie consent choices remain in your browser until you clear storage.
Recipients
We do not sell personal data. Hosting and email providers who process data on our behalf do so under contractual safeguards. We do not share CVs with employers unless you explicitly ask us to do so for a specific purpose.
International transfers
