SmartCommsTech Career Guidance

About our practice

We advise engineers and technical specialists who need practical orientation for careers in Germany — grounded in local hiring practice, not abstract frameworks.

Why we exist

Engineers arriving in Germany — or changing roles within it — often face a gap between technical ability and how employers expect that ability to be presented. Application formats differ. Recognition of foreign degrees can be confusing. Interview rounds lean heavily on project ownership and workplace communication in German industrial settings.

SmartCommsTech Career Guidance was founded to close that gap with calm, specific counsel: who to target, how to document experience, and which steps to take first.

Where we work

Our office is in Haag, Freistaat Bayern. Consultations are available by video for clients across Germany and for specialists preparing a move from abroad. When clients prefer an in-person meeting, we host sessions locally by appointment.

How we work with clients

Every engagement begins with a short questionnaire and a review of your current materials. We listen for constraints — visa timelines, family relocation, industry switches, language level — before proposing a plan. We do not place candidates with employers and we do not file immigration applications; we clarify career strategy so you can act with confidence.
