Two professionals in discussion during a consultation meeting

How consultations unfold

A clear sequence for engineers and technical specialists who want employment consulting without guesswork about what happens next.

1. Enquiry

You write via the contact form with your discipline, current location, and the decision you need help with — for example whether to pursue recognition before applying, or how to position contract work for permanent roles.

2. Questionnaire and documents

We send a short form covering target regions, language level, and timeline. You share your current Lebenslauf and, if useful, a recent application pack. We review these before the meeting so the session is not spent on first impressions alone.

3. The consultation

Ninety minutes by video or in Haag. We examine market fit, application priorities, and constraints such as relocation windows. Supporting sessions — package review or interview practice — can be scheduled afterward if they are the right next move.

4. Written action plan

Within five business days you receive a summary with prioritised steps for the next three to six months. That document is yours to keep; there is no obligation to book further guidance.

5. Optional follow-on work

Some clients return for interview preparation once invitations arrive, or for a labour market briefing when considering a regional move. Others complete only the flagship consultation. Both paths are normal.
